Specific Projects.

Nonprofits are complex, and we can help organize, plan, and accomplish projects large and small as you move your mission forward. During our initial free consultation, we will discuss your needs and goals, and determine how best we can assist with one or more tasks. Specific project types include, but aren't limited to:

Ongoing Support.

Many organizations simply do not have the resources or time to commit to an in-house fundraising program. We can act as your third-party fund development department while you work to build your programs and serve the communities your mission touches. Services may include those in the "Specific Projects" list, and:

  • Creating a comprehensive fundraising plan.

  • Establishing/improving processes for individual and corporate donor moves management.

  • Building out your board of directors and committees.

  • Researching, writing, editing, and managing grants and other institutional funding.

  • Deepening focus on annual fund, major gifts, and planned giving.

  • Writing/editing materials that help tell your story in a way that compels donors to participate in your mission.

  • Performing regular analysis of fundraising and strategy needs and reporting to organization leadership.

  • Advising on organizational priorities with respect to fund development and growth.

  • Assisting with employee interviewing, hiring, and retention.

  • Designing materials and outreach to connect deeply with the populations your organization serves.

  • Bringing a fresh perspective, commitment to transparency and equity, and creativity as a long-term ally to your team.
